- Ensures that the Company¡¯s Program is successfully implemented in all Mono-brand POPs according to central guidelines.
- Organizes and conducts classroom trainings for boutique managers.
- Guides and helps boutique managers to successfully implement the ¡°In-Store Coaching¡± training concept.
- Guides and helps boutique managers to successfully implement the BESTSELLING training tool (product and collection information according to the Retail Calendar) at POP.
Training for existing sales consultants
- Cascades down training modules and contents according to training concept to Mono- and Multi-brand sales staff.
- Organizes and conducts local training sessions based on training needs defined by the Mono and Multi-brand Managers, based on the analysis of Mystery Shopping results and KPIs and in accordance with the CGB Manager.
Training for new sales consultants
- Organizes and conducts induction trainings for new sales consultants prior to shop openings.
- Organizes and conducts regional trainings for new sales consultants joining existing stores.
Supports the CGB manager in budgeting
- Works out budget proposal for the yearly budget in cooperation with the CGB Manager and controls departmental expenditure within the agreed budget.
Contact person for training
- Monitors, measures and reports on all training activities and achievements within agreed formats and timescales (CGB Manager, Mono-brand and Multi-brand Manager).
- Provides central training department with feedback concerning local training needs.
Represents the local contact person for all training related activities and actively participates in locally or centrally defined projects or meetings.
